To ensure your subscription gets delivered to your inbox, choose the appropriate link for instructions on how to add us to your Whitelist.

Select your email service for instructions:
gmail.com | aol.com | hotmail.com | msn.com | yahoo.com | Others

Gmail

1. Open your Gmail inbox
2. Open the Settings page by clicking the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner and choose Settings from the list
3. Click the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab
4. Click the link called Create a new filter (it will be near the bottom of the page if you already have a lot of filters)
5. In the From field, enter the following address: Investors_Insights@InvestorPlace.com
   • To whitelist all emails from our domain, simply enter @InvestorPlace.com
6. Click Create filter at the bottom of the pop-up window
7. Check Never send it to Spam and then click Create filter at the bottom of the pop-up window

AOL

For InvestorPlace emails to be delivered to your AOL inbox, please follow these steps:

1. Open your AOL mailbox
2. Click on Mail
3. Under Mail Preferences, click on Settings
4. Click on Spam Controls
5. AOL's Advanced Spam Filter screen appears
6. Make sure medium is checked off
7. Click on the Control Who I Get Mail From button under Additional Spam Filters
8. Select Allow mail only from senders on my Custom Sender List
9. Click on the blue Custom Sender List link. Enter the following address to this list:
   Investors_Insights@InvestorPlace.com
10. Hit Add, then Save
11. Click Save again after you are directed out of the Custom Sender List screen
12. Hit Save for the last time when you are directed to the Spam Controls page

HOTMAIL

For InvestorPlace emails to be delivered to your Hotmail inbox, please follow these steps:

1. Open your Hotmail mailbox
2. Click Options (upper right corner)
3. Click Mail
4. Click Junk E-Mail Protection
5. Click Junk E-Mail Filter
6. From the selection list, Choose Your Junk E-Mail Filter Level, select either low or enhanced. Then click OK at the bottom of the screen.
7. Click Safe List
8. In the space provided, Type an address or domain, enter the following email address:
   Investors_Insights@InvestorPlace.com
9. Click Add after each address is entered

MSN

To ensure that InvestorPlace emails will be delivered to your MSN inbox, please follow these steps:

1. Click Help & Settings
2. Click Email Settings
3. Click on Safe List
4. In the space provided Add an item to this list, enter InvestorPlace
5. Click Add button
6. In the space provided Type a single e-mail address (or domain), enter the following email address:
   Investors_Insights@InvestorPlace.com
7. Click Add button after entering the email address

YAHOO!

For InvestorPlace emails to be delivered to your Yahoo inbox, please follow these steps:

Open your Yahoo mailbox

1. Click Mail Options (upper right corner)
2. Click Filters
3. Click Add
4. In the Filter Name box, type InvestorPlace
5. In the top row that is labeled From Header, make sure contains is selected in the drop-down menu
6. Click in the text box next to that drop-down menu, then enter the following address:
   Investors_Insights@InvestorPlace.com
7. At the bottom, where it says Move the message to, select Inbox
   from the drop-down menu
8. Click the Add Filter button

OTHERS

If you use a Web mail system or email application not listed above, the instructions for whitelisting our address will depend on the specific email program you are using. If you access the help files, instruction manual or customer support, there should be instructions on how to do this.

In most cases, just by adding each of our From addresses to your address book, safe list, whitelist or contact list will be sufficient.
